Pack a picnic dinner and celebrate the beginning of summer the old-fashioned way: with live and local folk music, a sunset stroll through the prairie, a hayrack ride along a creek and the sweet taste of strawberries over vanilla ice cream (while supplies last). Don't for get a blanket or lawn chairs.
