Explore Busey Woods at night in search of owls. The evening will begin with a multimedia presentation about native Illinois owls. Then head outside to hopefully hear them call. After the hike, meet the Anita Purves Nature Center’s resident screech owls while you warm up with hot cocoa. Fees for this program support the care of the nature center’s education animals. Hikes will be on non-paved or boardwalk trails – please no strollers and dress for wet, cold and slippery conditions.
