Prairie Play Pavilion at Meadowbrook Park. The free class begins at 9:15. Children must stay in the stroller during class. The class will consist of speed walking and various strength/cardio exercises. Equipment (other than the participant’s stroller) will be provided by FIT4MOM. There will goody bags for the first 50 participants and door prizes at the end of the class.
