Victory Park, at Green and Lynn in east Urbana, was first established in 1920 and extended in 1972, 1993 and 2010. A new playground was constructed in 2006 with help from the neighborhood association and area businesses. A new master plan for the park has been implemented and included a new playground, a walking path and addition of neighborhood community gardens. Tha pavilion is available on a first come-first serve basis.
