Activities: Participants receive a swim team-based workout, coaching and personal instruction. Workouts consist of lap simming, drills, endurance training. This program is a great way to stay on top of your game in the off season and/or to find out if swim team is for you. No class Oct 10 and Oct 12. Make up class Oct 14 and Oct 21.
