This high-intensity deepwater workout is designed around interval ratios that will train your muscles to fatigue, but not failure. Participants will work at an intense cardiovascular pace for 10 to 60 seconds, challenging themselves in the process. Sets of strength, core work and cardio will be incorporated to challenge the aerobically fit.

Studies indicate that one-half hour of aqua jogging is equal to one hour and 20 minutes of running on land, all without the joint and muscle stress of land exercise!
