Merge your love of the outdoors with a love reading at the Walker's Book Club at Urbana Park District.
The club will meet the first Saturday of the month at Meadowbrook Park at the Race Street Entrance. The club will walk for a half hour and then each can share the book they are reading (good and bad!) and recommend different books to the group. The park district will offer free lemonade or hot cocoa.
The club runs from 9 - 10 a.m., the first Saturday of the month through April. While free, registration is encouraged so we know how many to prepare for.

Walkers Book Club
Hit your stride with the Walkers’ Book Club. Once a month, we invite you to us as we come together at an Urbana Park to walk together for about half an hour. Then we'll gather to drink lemonade or hot cocoa and share what we've been reading. Each month will have a few themed suggestions, but we hope you'll share the best (and worst!) of what you've read lately.
Registration is recommended, but not required. Please register by the Friday before each meeting. Registered participants will receive reminders.
