Urbana School District 116 has three scheduled days off of school this fall, and kids ages 6 -12 can enjoy that day off at Urbana Park District.

The park district invites people to sign kids up for School’s Out Days on:

• October 11
• October 29
• November 5

Kids can come to Phillips Recreation Center from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., on those off days. Park district employees will lead the kids in exploring local sites, participating in group games and experiencing new activities. If there is a movie, it will be rated G or PG.

The park district will provide a snack, but please bring a lunch.

It costs $38 for residents and $57 for non-residents if kids sign up two weeks in advance of the off day. It costs $44 for residents and $66 for non-residents if kids sign up one week before the off day.
