For outdoor passes a resident is someone who lives within the boundaries of the Urbana Park District. Because of a reciprocal agreement with the Champaign Park District those who live within the boundaries of the Champaign Park District may also purchase a membership for Crystal Lake Park Family Aquatic Center at the resident rate. Nonresidents are those who live outside either park district's boundaries. These memberships are for CLPFAC only, not for Sholem Aquatic Center.

When purchasing a membership for both Urbana Park District pools for the summer, you are considered a resident if you reside within EITHER the Urbana School District or Urbana Park District Boundaries. If you reside within Champaign Park District boundaries you are a Champaign Resident. If neither of those apply, you are a Nonresident.
