Gather as a community during our Open House
Phillips Recreation Center welcomes you to our 2nd annual Welcoming Week Open House. This year's events will take place September 13-22 all over C-U to celebrate the values that unite us and to make our community more welcoming to everyone who call Champaign County home - including immigrants and newcomers. We'll have free activities, raffle drawings, information on district programs and parks, plus live demonstrations of some of our programs like wellness, fitness, and dance! This year, we'll be hosting a Welcoming Week Art Show for people to share artwork describing their daily life or culture.
