Come outside and experience the joy of yoga! Join the park district, your community and a variety of talented yoga instructors as we exercise in the beautiful, open air.
Instructors can offer modifications to you can exercise on your level. This is FREE to bring your friends and family, bring a yoga mat, some comfortable clothing and a desire to learn yoga in an outdoor setting
