A restless body or racing mind can make it difficult to find a good night's sleep. This class will introduce a few slow moving poses, coupled with deep breathing to help calm the mind and release physical tension to prepare the body for rest. Followed by a body scan relaxation technique to help you fall asleep quicker and wake up feeling more refreshed. No previous yoga experience required.
