Giving care to people with memory loss is taxing and stressful. That's why Urbana Park District is hosting a free, 10-week class called "Stressbusters" that is for caregivers.

Beginning November 14, the class meets every Tuesday from 2:30 - 4 p.m., at Phillips Recreation Center. Participants will find support and ideas with others who have chosen to lovingly care for a family member with memory loss at-home. 

The class is free, but registration is required. Call Phillips Recreation Center at (217) 367-1544 to sign up.
