Crystal Lake Park Family Aquatic Center (CLPFAC) will be open to the public beginning on May 29.

The outdoor pool will open in three time slots:

• 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Lap swim: 6 – 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.

In order for people to reserve a swimming time, they must sign up for one of the time slots above.

Between each time slot, people will leave the pool and workers will clean the facility.

People can register online beginning May 17. Or they can call the Phillips Recreation Center at (217) 367-1544 to register for a time slot. People will then pay the admission price (or get their card punched) at the door on the day of their reservation.

If swimmers walk up to CLPFAC without registering, they will be able to enter and swim, only if there are open registration spots.
