Be sure to sign kindergarten-aged kids up for Sharkey's Outdoor Soccer this spring. Soccer starts March 28 and runs through May 6. Practices are from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

“The games are fun and the practices help build teamwork and basic soccer skills,” said Kyle Mills, Athletics Supervisor.

The rules, field, ball and goal are modified to meet a kindergartener’s size and ability. “Everyone gets a t-shirt and everyone participates,” Mills added.

The games and practices are held at park district and school parks. Park assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis.
