It's always good to exercise and push our bodies to increase fitness.
But sometimes those strenuous workouts leave us sore and stiff.
Urbana Park District is offering a free class November 1, called "Rest, Roll and Recover." Come to Phillips Recreation Center to learn how give your body some tender loving care after a workout to help reduce stiffness and pain.
This class is open for everyone and for workout veterans and those who are just starting their workout journey.
