Join staff from the Anita Purves Nature Center for hikes through local natural areas. Explore plants, animals, and the unique natural history of each preserve.
Each hike is from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. All ages are welcome, but people under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
The hikes are:
- September 16 at Weaver Park (meet at the Health & Wellness Center).
- October 21 at Busey Woods (meet at Anita Purves Nature Center).
- November 18 at Perkins Road Wet Prairie.
These informal programs are tailored to the season and group interests.
