Enjoy spring weather and the rebirth of PrairiePlay playground at Meadowbrook Park. The park district will host a free celebration on Saturday, May 3, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. The playground is located off the Windsor Road entry to the park.
Park district workers went through a several-year project to replace PrairiePlay with a new, inclusive and accessible playground. Bring a picnic lunch, buy some food from several trucks, take part in our collaborative art project and enjoy a new playground on a beautiful spring day.
