Come out to Anita Purves Nature Center on December 20, from 4 - 7 p.m., and celebrate the Winter Solstice.
Everything is free and people ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
There will be guided hikes through Busey Woods, storytelling, crafts, a campfire and a chance to set intentions for the coming year. The evening will conclude with a spiral walk.
While free, organizers ask that people sign up so they can get adequate supplies for the celebration
