Come out to Meadowbrook Park on March 11, from 6:45 - 8:15 p.m., for the annual free Woodcock Walk.
All ages are welcome and there is no registration required.
Come out to the Meadowbrook Park Interpretive Center off of Race Street to find out more about this strange and remarkable bird. There will be a presentation about the Woodcock, and the male's spectacular sky dance - only seen during the spring. Participants will then go on a walk through Meadowbrook Park, looking for the Woodcock.
The rain date for this walk is March 18.
