Everyone is invited to free Take a Child Outside Week activities beginning September 21

Urbana Park District invites the entire community to Take a Child Outside Week activities September 21 - 28, 2024.

Events are listed in the graphic below. Everything is free, but some events require registration due to limited space.

Take a Child Outside Week is designed for families and groups to get outside, enjoy nature, and learn about nature and our environment. Urbana Park District hopes everyone gets outside into the fresh air and enjoys the week.

Even if the people can't get to the Take a Child Outside Week activities, please head out to one of our parks.
