Athletico Physical Therapy will be offering free injury screenings to the public. Sign up for a 20-minute assessment between 3:30 - 5 p.m., on:
- October 15
- November 19
- December 17
Athletico cannot provide free screenings for federally funded health care plans.
People need to call Athletico for an appointment at (217) 352-3330 to reserve a slot. Walk-ins are also accepted. This is for people ages 15 and up.
