Join FREE Fitness in the Park this Summer!

Take advantage of great summer weather and join a FREE fitness session at Meadowbrook Park.

Yoga, Zumba, and Tai Chi are back for 2026.

Yoga in the Park is every Saturday from 9 - 10 a.m., from June 6 to August 1.

Zumba in the Park is select Saturdays from 10:15 - 11:15 a.m., on:

  • June 6
  • June 20
  • July 11
  • July 18

Tai Chi in the Park is select Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m., on:

  • June 9
  • June 23
  • July 14
  • July 28

All sessions are free and all ages and abilities are welcome.

Come dressed in comfortable exercise clothes, and an exercise mat. There are a few loaners available.
