Katie Dixon, Urbana Park District Community Outreach & Wellness Coordinator, is one of the News-Gazette's 40 Under 40 winners for 2025. The winners will be recognized at a special luncheon next month.
A 12-year employee at the park district, Bickers works on primarily family, kids and youth programming. She leads the Teen Hangout Zones, and works with different camps, special events and programs that bring Urbana Park District to the people, so more can enjoy what the park district has to offer. She lives out the park district's You Belong Here mission!
