Kids ages 6 - 12 can learn more about geology Saturday, October 10, at Anita Purves Nature Center. The Geology Curiosity Cabinet is a new and free program, that will run on the 10th from 1 - 2 p.m.
Join geologist Joan Crockett, as she opens the cabinet and engages kids.
We will look at curious things from the geology cabinet. Use different tools including your own senses to make scientific observations. This program will be indoors.
While free, we ask that you register your kids, so we know how many to plan for.
