Urbana Park District invites everyone ages 15 and up to the free "Home Buying 101" held April 8, from 6 - 7 p.m., at the Health & Wellness Center.
Dionne Clifton from LIVE Real Estate will present a course on mortgages, housing prices, the housing marketing and tips and tricks to help - no matter where a person is in the home buying process.
This is for anyone who is buying a home - either their first home or their next home.

Mortgages 101: Navigate Mortgage Loans with Confidence
