People can take the first step on a healthy journey or learn new methods of getting healthy on October 14, from 6 - 7 p.m., at Phillips Recreation Center.
Nutrition 101: Healthy Weight Loss, is free for all ages. Local nutritionist Josie Zerrusen will give tips and encouragement to people to lose weight in a healthy way.
