The entire community is invited to Prairie Park on June 18, as the Urbana Park District marks Juneteenth.
This free event (right next to the Health & Wellness Center) runs from 5:30 - 8 p.m.
Everyone can come out and enjoy music from New Souls, free food, UrVANa games, community art, resources, contacts and more as we celebrate Black freedom and achievements in Urbana and beyond.
The Urbana Free Library is partnering with the park district for this event. And the event is partially supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council.
