People are welcome to Anita Purves Nature Center select Fridays as nature center staff present Nature Tales and Trails.
This program is recommended for people ages 2 - 6 accompanied by an adult.
Each day kids will hear a nature story and then go into Busey Woods to explore nature on a guided walk. Each day is a different story and investigates a different current event in nature.
Nature Tales and Trails run from 10 - 11:30 a.m., on:
- March 27
- April 3
- April 10
- April 17
- April 24
- May 1
Each day costs $5 per family per day. Drop ins are welcome, but nature center staff strongly recommend registering for the event beforehand.
