We all need a rest - especially those who are caring for others. Urbana Park District is offering "Rest for the Healers" in January and March. One program is for Educators, and the other is for Health Care Workers.
Rest for the Healers begins with some gentle movement, journaling, and guided meditation followed by a comfy group nap with pillows, blankets, bolsters, and soothing music. Do absolutely nothing and restore balance with this rare experience of deep, uninterrupted rest.
