Do you know that you can do yoga in a chair? Chair Yoga is a great option for people who may not want to get down on the ground.
"Get Fit Where You Sit" Chair Yoga offers gentle stretches that also invigorate the body and improve mindfulness. The class is every Wednesday from 10:15 - 11:05 a.m., at Phillips Recreation Center, from May 21 - June 25. There is a second session in July.
Sign up by May 11. The cost is $38 for residents and $57 for non-residents.
