Urbana Park District invites everyone to sign up for H.I.I.T. Revolution this summer at the Health & Wellness Center

H.I.I.T. stands for "High Intensity Interval Training." It is an efficient and effective workout that will keep you burning calories long after you are done. Power through moderate to intense intervals using your own body weight and resistance equipment to improve metabolism, cardiovascular and athletic ability. Modifications are offered for all fitness levels.

Sign up before April 26, for a discount - $51 for residents and $76 for non-residents.
