There are swimming lessons available for all ages and all abilities.
Some swimming lessons will need a skills assessment so the student can be put in the proper level. Email Jennifer at jrnierenhausen@urbanaparks.org for more information.

Summer 2026 Swim Lessons
Swim Clinic Summer 2026
This program is for those who can swim 25 yards consistently. All of the coaches leading this program have had extensive experience in the field. They all want to help you improve your stroke and performance in the water. This is not a "learn to swim" clinic. Competitive swimming technique, including starts, turns, streamlining, "wall work", etc will be taught. Triathlon/long distance swimmers will also benefit from this clinic by becoming more efficient and faster. No Class June 20, July 4, July 18.
