Get your mind and body ready for the upcoming week with Immerse: A Yoga Experience with Sound and Self-Reflection, on Sunday, November 9, from 3 - 4:30 p.m., at the Lake House in Crystal Lake Park.
The session begins with gentle yoga, followed by a sound bath and then a time of journaling and self-reflection. Yoga instructor Vivianne Velazquez recommends bringing a blanket or extra layers for warmth and a journal. The registration deadline by Noon on the day of the session. It costs $7 for residents and $11 for non-residents.
