Time to sign up for the second session of Early Morning Vinyasa at the Health & Wellness Center.

Vinyasa is a challenging yet fun align-and-flow style class designed to get your body and mind awakened for the day. There are early-morning Vinyasa classes during the week and Saturday afternoon Vinyasa Yoga. 

The early morning classes are Tuesday or Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30 a.m., beginning November 4. The Saturday class is from 1 - 2 p.m. All classes are at the Health & Wellness Center
