Urbana Park District has youth soccer opportunities for all this Fall.
Sharkey's Soccer is for people ages 4 - 6. Register for a Monday/Wednesday session, or a Tuesday/Thursday session. Everyone gets a free t-shirt and all kids participate. Shin guards are required. Kids will learn soccer skills, teamwork, rules and a modified ball and field. Sign up by August 11 for an early bird discount - $29 for residents and $41 for non-residents.
Spring Outdoor Youth Soccer is for people in grades 1 - 9. Again, people can sign up for a Monday/Wednesday session or a Tuesday/Thursday session. Games are on Saturday. All kids participate. Players learn sportsmanship, rules, strategy, soccer skills and have some fun. Shin guards are required. Sign up by August 11 for an early bird discount - $31 for residents and $43 for non-residents.
