Kids ages 3 - 6 can learn to dance ballet, starting October 18 at Phillips Recreation Center.
The park district offers ballet classes for kids ages 3 - 4, ages 4 - 5, and ages 5 - 6. All classes are Saturday mornings at Phillips Recreation Center.
The cost is $43 for residents and $63 for non-residents. Young dancers will learn basic ballet techniques that will lay the foundation for further classes. Children are free to wear any comfortable and movable clothing, ballet shoes or bare feet.
