Sign up now for the second session of Basic Water Exercise and Deep-Water aerobics this Fall at Urbana Indoor Aquatic Center. The second session begins October 28.
There are morning and evening sessions for both classes. Basic Water Exercise improves heart health, burns calories and is a fun, shallow water workout.
Deep Water Aerobics is great for all ages and all abilities that builds cardio strength, endurance and flexibility. These are low impact exercises. People need basic swimming skills to sign up for Deep Water Aerobics.
