People in grades 6 - 12 can help keep Urbana Park District parks and natural areas clean, beautiful, and healthy this summer.
The teen FRESH Crew Volunteer days are select Saturdays from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
During these days, teens volunteers will clear brush, collect seed, scatter seed and help beautify park district land.
It's a great way to meet new friends, learn new skills, learn about the environment, and complete service hours for school. There is no registration required.
The volunteer days are:
- June 20 - Meadowbrook Park
- July 11 - Weaver Park
- July 18 - Busey Woods
- August 1 - Victory Park
- August 15 - Busey Woods
- August 29 - Crystal Lake Park
