Time is running out to register for Yoga and Tai Chi classes this summer.
Tai Chi offered Monday/Wednesday and Thursday/Friday, beginning July 14 and running through September at Phillips Recreation Center.
There are openings for Chair Yoga, Flow Yoga, Somatic Yoga, and Early Morning Vinyasa. Those classes are at Phillips Recreation Center or at the Health & Wellness Center.
