Bird lovers have two more chances to go bird watching at Anita Purves Nature Center for free this Fall. Sunday Morning Bird Walks are October 19 and October 26, from 7:30 - 9 a.m.
Meet up in the Anita Purves Nature Center parking lot and look for birds in Busey Woods and Crystal Lake Park. Be sure to bring your binoculars. The nature center has a few available for loan. Call (217) 384-4062 for more information. The bird walks feature a guide from the Champaign County Audubon Society.
All ages are welcome (under 15 with an adult).
