Here is a rundown of what is open and what is closed Thanksgiving Weekend.
- All park district facilities are closed Thanksgiving Day (but be sure to go to the Turkey Trot!)
- The Health & Wellness Center is closed Friday and will operate at regular hours Saturday and Sunday
- Phillips Recreation Center will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Anita Purves Nature Center is closed Friday, open Saturday and closed Sunday
- The Administration Building will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Urbana Indoor Aquatic Center will be open on Friday for lap swim and open for Saturday swim lessons
- The Planning & Operations offices will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday
All park district facilities and offices will resume normal business hours Monday, December 1, 2025.
