Urbana Park District invites people age 50 and better to come to Phillips Recreation Center on December 2, from 10 a.m. - Noon, to learn Rules of the Road.

Held in cooperation with the Illinois Secretary of State's Office, this session allows drivers to polish their skills, review traffic laws and signs and keep on top of changing traffic laws. 

While free, people still need to register so the park district knows how many are coming.
