The Anita Purves Nature Center is hosting Forest School Afternoons for kids ages 6 - 11 on Wednesdays this winter and spring.

Forest School Afternoons runs every Wednesday from February 8 to April 26, from 1 - 4 p.m. All programs are at the nature center. 

This program connects school-aged children with the natural world through discovery and play in an educational outdoor setting. The program happens rain or shine so dress for the weather!

Register for classes in four-week sessions. Register for the first session by January 25 for a discount - $112 for residents and $170 for non-residents. Call (217) 384-4062 to register or sign up online at urbanaparks.org/register.
