Urbana Indoor Aquatic Center will close May 27 - September 5, 2022. All summer swimming and aquatics programs will be at Crystal Lake Park Family Aquatic Center. 

"Urbana School District owns UIAC and the Urbana Park District operates it. It takes a great deal of support from both entities to make sure it is operating efficiently, safely, and fiscally responsible," said Leslie Radice, Aquatic Manager.

For people who have memberships at the indoor pool, Radice says they can transfer the membership to the outdoor pool, suspend the membership until the indoor pool re-opens, or receive a refund of the balance. Call the park district at (217) 367-1544 to discuss or adjust the pool membership.

"Remember, people can purchase five and 10 punch card admissions that can be used any day this summer," Radice said. She added, "It is the most economical way for groups or families to enjoy a day at the pool." 

Radice concluded, "We thank everyone for their support of park district aquatics over the years, and we are excited for a great summer pool season."
