Established in 1909, Carle Park is located at Indiana and Garfield in Central Urbana - right across the street from Urbana High School. It has a playground and practice soccer field for the Urbana Park District's youth soccer program.
This park is also home to Taft's "Lincoln the Lawyer" bronze.
More than 50 well-established trees in Carle Park are part of the Hickman Tree Walk. You can briefly identify different trees using the map and the specimen guide. For copies of the Tree Walk brochure, call (217) 367-1536.
New Playground!
