Boat rentals are back at the Lake House in Crystal Lake Park.

Starting May 7, people can rent a kayak, paddle boat or canoe starting at $9 for a half hour. Rent boats Saturday and Sunday in May from Noon - 7 p.m. From June 2 to August 14, rent boats Thursday - Sunday from Noon - 7 p.m.

Kayak and canoe rentals start at $9 for a half hour. Paddle boat rentals range from $10 - $12 for a half hour, depending on boat size. People can also rent for an hour. 

Call Janet Soesbe at (217) 367-1544 with any questions. Check the Rainout Line if the weather is questionable. 

The park district is also hiring summer workers for the Lake House. Apply at urbanaparks.org/jobs.
