People can borrow Nature Discovery Pack from the Anita Purves Nature Center and discover the wonders of nature. Visitors who borrow a Nature Discovery Pack and share a photo on social media from July 7-16 will be entered into a raffle.

"Nature Discovery Packs contain magnifiers, binoculars, field guides and more,” said Nicole Hilberg, Environmental Office Manager. "Visitors love these packs because they can see nature through a scientists' eyes."

The Nature Discovery Packs are for all ages. "We require a credit card deposit to reserve a pack. We refund the deposit when the pack is returned," Hilberg explained.

People who borrow the packs and share a photo on social media have a chance to win a prize. "Borrow a pack and take a picture of your exploration. Share the photo on one of the Anita Purves Nature Center’s social media sites using the hashtag #APNC40 and be entered for a raffle prize," Hilberg said.

Hilberg added, "This is a perfect time of year to discover nature. We're excited to offer Nature Discovery Packs to help foster citizen scientists."
