Urbana Indoor Aquatic Center (UIAC) invites all mermaids and their families to a mermaid party on Sunday, October 20, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

The party is open to people of all ages. Adults must accompany kids under age 12.

“Our mermaid party is a chance for kids to dress up like mermaids, and have a party with other mermaids,” said Anna Calcagno, Aquatics Coordinator. “People can swim with their fellow mermaids, take photos, enjoy light refreshments and have fun with family and friends.”

It costs $10 per person to register by October 19. “Same-day admission to the party will be $12 per person,” Calcagno explained.

“We hope to see lots of mermaids at UIAC on October 20,” Calcagno said. “Everyone deserves to have their mermaid dreams come true and we are excited to host this party.”
