Love trees? Want to learn more about trees? Then sign up for "Winter Tree ID" at Anita Purves Nature Center.

The program with Ryan Pankau, horticulture educator, is Saturday, January 27, from 2 - 4 p.m. Learn form, branching structure, bud characteristics and leaf scars. 

The Park District will provide hot coffee/cocoa, and three lucky registrants will be drawn at random to receive a free field guide. Part of the program will be outdoors if weather allows, so dress for cold weather.
